The SHINE Approach

Strengths-based
We begin with what is working, what is possible, and what makes each person unique.

Personalized
Support is tailored to the individual or family, not pulled from a one-size-fits-all program.

Creative and practical
We use real-life tools, meaningful strategies, play, creativity, reflection, and problem-solving.

Connection-centered
Growth happens best when people feel safe, seen, respected, and supported.

Rooted in resilience

We focus on building skills, self-awareness, confidence, and the capacity to keep going.

Accountability and Support
Check-ins and accountability systems to support consistency and follow through between sessions.
